Our Story

Campbell & Cask began with a simple idea, to create a whisky that reflects both heritage and personal taste.
Rooted in Scottish lineage, the name Campbell carries a deep connection to the Highlands and its unique history, a place known not just for its landscapes, but for its long-standing relationship with whisky. That sense of history, of patience and craft, became the foundation for what we wanted to build.

This isn’t a distillery with generations behind it. It’s something more personal.
Alongside running a small coffee business, where flavour and balance are part of everyday life, the journey into whisky felt like a natural progression. The same attention to detail, the same appreciation for nuance, just expressed in a different form.
Campbell & Cask is about taking that mindset and applying it to Scotch whisky. Working closely with experienced blenders, we’ve created a small batch release that reflects what we enjoy drinking ourselves, balanced, approachable, and quietly complex.
